Creating an 'Aha!' image

If you need some inspiration for ways to create that 'Aha!' moment from your data, Seth Godin's blog - Turning your idea into a picture refers us to a useful resource.

If, like me, you've ever sat scratching your head over the question of how to create a snapshot image of some complex (or even or so complex) piece of information, you'll know that there are times when it can just make your brain hurt. It's an incredibly valuable skill that mystifies those of us who don't have the ability to visualise in quite such an elegant way.

So, if you 're looking for just the right graphic for data representation, perhaps A Periodic Table of Visualisation Methods will provide the answer.
